Most decor items are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location and the specific white-glove service required.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Rit Concept ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping to Europe and Australia in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
At Rit Concept, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Many of our collections feature FSC-certified wood, recycled textiles, and artisan-made goods designed to last for generations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. For large furniture deliveries, our freight partner will call you directly to schedule a delivery window.
